Harvest Hights
Harvest Heights is a 10-building site near 238th and Blondo. It’s situated on one of Nebraska’s hottest growth corridors and boasts amazing visibility and access to Hwy 275 with a traffic count of 25,000 vehicles per day. Harvest Heights is a unique blend of commercial spaces and neighborhood living with over 40 residential lots and over 50 commercial spaces. Harvest Heights will be our biggest project to date and is being built as two phases. Spaces are available for sale or lease now and will be ready in the Spring of 2025.
Elkhorn Valley Acres
Elkhorn Valley Acres is a three-building site located just five minutes West of the Elkhorn water tower near 244th and Maple Street. Elkhorn Valley Acres features 15 bays with frontage to Hwy 275 providing exposure to 25,000+ commuters each day.
The Boulders Business Park
The Boulders is a new affordably focused commercial business park, specifically catering to small business owners and contractors serving the greater Waterloo and Valley areas. With lots starting at under $250,000, they are some of the most affordable commercial lots in Douglas County. The Boulders features 1-5 acre building sites with no builder attachment. If you want something that is already built, Red Dog Building Group will also have models to buy or lease in several shapes and sizes including flex buildings, contractor bays and commercial barndominiums. While there is no requirement to build with us, we are happy to explore build-to–suit opportunities.
Elkhorn Edge
Elkhorn Edge Business Park is a vibrant community of 14 businesses thriving across this four-building campus. Completed in the Fall of 2023, this flagship project has attracted a community of like-minded business owners and entrepreneurs creating a truly unique mix of thriving professionals sharing and partnering with one another for success.
Cedar Hollow
Cedar Hollow Business Park in the heart of Waterloo is a two-building site completed in Spring of 2024 attracting car enthusiasts and businesses alike. Easily accessed from either West Dodge Street or West Maple Street, Cedar Hollow is situated in the Village of Waterloo near the community’s most active thoroughfare.
